He apologized for his unusual delay but he had just arrived from the Italian town of Frascati where he had celebrated Mass. Dear brothers and sisters! I see that you have forgiven me for the delay,' said the Pope. ' I celebrated Mass at Frascati and we extended out time in prayer hellip; and so I have arrived late.
