In his brief speech, the Pope thanked everyone. First and foremost, he thanked the country's political and religious authorities. The Pope also recalled the various stages of his trip, saying he will cherish them back in Rome. He also thanked the youth for their energy, joyful spirit and service. Once again, Pope Francis asked everyone for their prayers.

In an artistic setting, with warm colors and moving moments, 13 stations were led by pilgrims from Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Germany and the U.S. On the 14th station they arrived to the main stage, where they met with Pope Francis. During his speech, he said, the Cross, means much more than what meets the eye.
